British Airways, Terminal 4, Gate 1
One of six phases to refurbish areas in Terminal 4, Gate 1. Common to many British Airways projects, work was undertaken at night to avoid disruption to passenger flow. As night turned into day, areas were returned to a high quality condition to meet BA’s high standards for customer care. This joint project with Mace, was delivered successfully on programme and to budget.
